Black History Rocks was started by Brittany Sessions, a native of Atlanta, Georgia. Brittany is a history enthusiast with a concentration in African American history. As a young girl, she unmasked a whole new world of people and events that she had not learned about in school, those things fascinated her and propelled her on a journey that would later include obtaining both a Bachelor and Master of Arts in African American Studies.

Life has several roads that can lead to your greatest fears, unforgiveness and negativity; which can block purpose, opportunities and the expression of positive voice freely. The path of struggle, laughter and support can provide wisdom. The path of insecurity contributes to fear and a roadblock to destiny. The path of discipline, work ethic, fun and support (family, friends, mentors, etc.) can lead to unlimited possibilities and a bright future.
